Practice PHYSIRO Neck exercises for Tinnitus complaints. Exercise one. Look to the left and make a small nod down and upwards. Down and up. Repeat this exercise ten times. Then repeat the exercise on the other side. Look to the right, down and up. Down and up. Repeat ten times on this side as well. This exercise mobilizes the upper cervical vertebrae. If you experience pain, perform this exercise less intensively by moving your head a little less to the right and turn left.
