I purchased in July 2024 and swapped out 2 times finally ending up with the Volt Max. These will NOT hold a charge, nor will they stay connected to my Bluetooth (which was my main request from the beginning). After 13 emails, 1 consult with the audiologist, I am still not able to use these aids due to battery fail and connectivity. I keep getting "automated" email replies form Mary B. with no solution. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and am now filing this review. They are very helpful and considerate until the 45 days are up and then you're screwed. BUYER BEWARE.

Bought the old, replaceable battery hearing aids years ago. Worked wonderfully until they broke last October. Bought new rechargeable AIR 3 hearing aids. HORRIBLE. Ten months in and they’ve replaced the original two with three more! They all have the same problem. After weeks to a few months, they quit charging. The problem starts with one of the aids losing charge in the evening. Then it finally quits charging. MD Hearing Aid customer service rep says, “Supervisors say that with the high heat we’ve had this summer. Or maybe the high humidity, it may be causing the problem. Or it could be oily skin.” REALLY? If your hearing aids have problems with any of those, it’s poor design or manufacture.

This product did not assist me with my level of hearing loss. I found the product ill fitting, not demonstratively helpful and did not pursue further wear. Despite the many, many offers of help and assistance, I was assured that I could return the product. I did ship it back with the "premium" return at my additional cost. Here I am five months later with no refund. The company does not provide phone inquiries regarding refunds. They provide a link to a site that only provides "shipping of new product" status. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. My caution: use a Credit Card, not a debit card for purchase. Otherwise you have no recourse.

I had to return the hearing aids as the hearing tubes were hard and couldn’t be adjusted, the hearing buds were hard and hurt my ears. I believed the ad that I could return them and my money would be refunded. It’s be over a month since I returned them and there has been no refund. I’ve been in contact and am told the matter is under review. All I can say is do not trust MD Hearing, they lie

Initially, I was extremely happy with the hearing aids I purchases and I also purchased the monthly 'insurance' option for 9.99 a month. About a month after purchase, one aid quit turning on and a couple of weeks after that, the other stopped turning on. Both were cleaned as per directions, etc. I called the numbers provided on their site and calls were answered with a message that all lines were busy, please call back. Finally found another phone number that was on my credit card stmt. I left my number for a call back. I was called back, but I was in the car traveling to a Dr. appt. and couldn't work with her at that point, so we agreed on a time the next day. She never called. Pretty frustrated.
Called, left number got a call back, but at this point I am so not impressed with their service, I just asked to have the insurance cancelled as I will not be using this product. The person I talked to had major attitude and, in my book, really rude. Yes, I was frustrated, but his tone of voice etc, really put me off. My co-worker was listening as I had the phone on speaker so I could hear it, and she said "wow' he was rude when I finished the call. Like I said I was happy with the aids, but if this is the service provided and attitude, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

After discontinuing the use of the aids due to the tinny sound, I call MDHearing to have the tubes and warranty monthly fee cancelled. They said they would stop charging my CC. I noticed that they continued to charge me for an additional two months! I tried calling and emailing them with no replay. No wonder they receive an F from the BBB! Steer clear of MDHearing.

Even though the Website said out of stock. Was sent a link to get to the Volt Max. Person was very helpful. The Volt Max had all the requirements I needed and then some. It only has one color but it is the color I needed.

Great company and products. Always there if you have issues and helpful. Product is latest technology and up to date. Works great on smartphones and can check different volume settings and even get support when needed.

I never got a working pair after three tries with error-associated replacement mailings. Support requests were answered with generic videos. Long waits on telephone. No perceivable improvement of hearing in restaurant situation in my shortened trial.

Aids work and fit well. Great app that is used to control aids. Had a problem with one charging properly. It and the charger were immediately replaced. Great customer service. I highly recommend MD hearing aids (mine are Volt Max)!
